Creamy Chicken

Creamy Chicken
(List A):
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of mayo
3/4 cup of mozarella cheese
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
1/2 tbsp onion powder
(List B):
1 cup of milk (add more if necessary)
1 cup of chicken stock
1.5 lbs. cooked chicken breast (shredded)
 
 
Directions:
1- Put all the ingredients in list A in a pot and stir on low-medium heat until cheese is melted and smooth
2- Add the ingredients in list B and let simmer while stirring occasionally for approx. 10 minutes.
3- Serve over noodles or rice
 
Suggested sides: rolls, salad, green beans, mixed veggies
